What does space rent include? Just space rent. And we submeter and bill you for water, sewer and stormwater charges from the City of Veneta.
Do you accept pets? Two pets under 25lbs at maturity are allowed. We have rules against letting dogs stay outside all day unattended and walking around without a leash.
Do I need to apply to live there if I’m moving in with someone? Yes. Your future housemate will own their own home, but we own the land and we screen everyone in the community before the move in to ensure you have good neighbors.
